Making an Invisible Folder

There are number of features that windows offers. They are in-built and you don't need any hack tool or anything or worry that you are doing something illegal. This is not something against their policies too. So, what are you waiting for lets dive in...

> Navigate to the area of the drive where you wish to create an invisible folder

> Right click - New Folder

> Right click on the folder - Properties - and select Customize tab in the dialog box that opens

> Click on "Change Icon"

> When you scroll through the list of icons that you can Find a "Blank Icon" next to the "Padlock icon"

> Now Right Click on the Folder - Rename

Now here how to do it...

> Hold on the Alt key and type 0160 from the numeric pad in your keyboard

> if you don't have a num pad like in a laptop search character map in start menu and select the character next to tilde called "no-break space" - select - copy and paste it as the folder name

> Change the icon views by right click on the folder area - view 

> Select  small or medium or large or extra large icons

> Also keep the hidden Folder as the only folder inside the hide area...

For Example : If ABC is the folder that contains the hidden folder. then keep only the hidden folder inside the folder ABC

> You can Even "Protect the folders with a password". I will tell you how to do that in the upcoming posts
